a Registered Nutritional Therapist in Devon.

I work with men and women in mid life who have gained weight over the years and struggle to shift those excess pounds no matter how hard they try . 

I help clients to regain the energy levels they had in their youth so that getting through the day doesn't have to feel like an uphill battle.

I show my clients how they can balance their moods and rediscover their zest for life, feeling energised, happier and able to achieve their goals.

My journey

My journey into using food as medicine and looking into health from a holistic approach came about after a two year period of ill health with no relief from conventional medicines and surgery.

After researching my symptoms and following a nutrition and supplement protocol I was symptom free after only one month, this was a light bulb moment for me highlighting how our bodies can heal themselves given the right conditions.

How I work

I use nutritional therapy, which is a holistic approach to health and wellness that utilises the power of nutrition to support and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Nutritional therapy recognises the profound impact that food and dietary choices have on our overall well-being, acknowledging the interconnectedness of nutrition, lifestyle, and health.

The fundamental principle of nutritional therapy is the understanding that each individual is unique, with distinct nutritional requirements influenced by factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and environmental influences.
My personalized approach seeks to identify and address imbalances within the body, promoting optimal health by providing tailored nutritional advice and guidance. I work closely with my clients to assess dietary habits, health concerns, and lifestyle factors. Through a comprehensive evaluation, I aim to identify nutritional deficiencies, excesses, or imbalances that may contribute to your health issues. The process involves a detailed analysis of your medical history, current symptoms, and dietary patterns.
